Be Respectful & Professional

- Treat everyone with respect
- Engage in constructive discussions
- Accept feedback gracefully
- Use professional language

- Harass, bully, or discriminate
- Use hate speech or slurs
- Make personal attacks
- Share private info without consent

Be Authentic & Honest
Do
- Use your real name and college
- Provide accurate information
- Honor your commitments
- Give honest reviews
Don't
- Create fake accounts or impersonate
- Post fake opportunities or scams
- Manipulate voting or karma
- Submit false reviews

Post Quality Content
- Post relevant, valuable content
- Use clear titles and descriptions
- Don't spam or post repetitive content
- Respect intellectual property rights

Opportunities & Hiring
- Post legitimate, legal opportunities only
- Clearly state requirements and compensation
- Respond to applications promptly
- No pyramid schemes or scams
- Pay agreed amounts on time

Voting & Participation
- Vote honestly based on content quality
- Report rule violations appropriately
- Respect moderator decisions
- Don't manipulate votes with bots
- Don't abuse the report system

Enforcement
Warning
First-time minor violations get a warning.
Removal
Violating content removed by moderators.
Permanent Ban
Serious or repeat violations result in removal.
